These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between you (hereinafter “User” or “you”) and Goose Creek (hereinafter “Company”, “we”, or “us”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Goose Creek official website, mobile application, and all related services, features, content, and products.

Please read and understand all the terms of this Agreement carefully before accessing, browsing, or using this platform. By registering, logging in, purchasing products, or using our services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all referenced supplementary policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy). I. Account Registration and Security Management

If you are registering on behalf of a company, enterprise, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are fully authorized to bind such entity to this Agreement.
2. Accuracy of Account Information: During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal or business information. You are responsible for promptly updating your account details if any information changes. You shall bear all adverse consequences arising from false, erroneous, or outdated information.
3. Account Security Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and login credentials, and you assume full legal responsibility for all activities conducted through your account (including browsing, ordering, payment, reviews, etc.). You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Goose Creek shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to your failure to properly secure your account.

II. Product Information, Pricing, and Contract Formation

1. Product Descriptions and Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product images, scent descriptions, ingredient lists, specifications, and prices displayed on the website. However, due to monitor variations, manual measurements, or product batch updates, the actual products received may differ slightly in details from those displayed online. 2. Price Changes and Taxes: Goose Creek reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time of purchase. Product prices may exclude applicable sales taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or import duties, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address.
3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation: Submitting an order does not constitute our final acceptance or commitment to fulfill your order. Prior to receiving our payment confirmation, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product out-of-stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of this Agreement. If we cancel your order, any paid amounts will be fully refunded through the original payment method.

Without our explicit written permission, no one may use these trademarks on any goods or services in a manner that is likely to cause customer confusion, nor may they disparage or damage the reputation of Goose Creek in any form.
3. Limited License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, sale, resale, or exploitation of any content on this platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

IV. User Code of Conduct

When using Goose Creek services, you strictly agree not to engage in the following activities:

1. Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.

V. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

1. “As Is” Service: This platform and all products and services provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement). Goose Creek does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or entirely meet your expectations.
2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goose Creek, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or goodwill damage) arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, or the purchase and use of products, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. For direct damages, Goose Creek’s maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total order amount actually paid by you to us through the platform in the six months preceding the dispute.

VI. Modification and Termination of Agreement

Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms.
2. Termination: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account. If we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, or if necessary to protect platform security and order, Goose Creek reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account access and freeze related orders at any time without prior notice, and without incurring any liability for breach of contract. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

VII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law: The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the substantive laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes, differences, or claims arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit or initiate arbitration with a competent court or arbitration institution located in Goose Creek’s jurisdiction.
